AEO is the World Customs Organization trusted-trader standard. Through 18 mutual-recognition arrangements, the secure supply chain you prove once is accepted across borders, by C-TPAT, PIP and AEO programmes alike. The catch: you are responsible for verifying every business partner is certified. XFACTOR VERIFIED runs that verification, partner by partner.
AEO links the world's trusted-trader programmes through mutual recognition. The security you prove in one programme is accepted by the others. Select a partner country to see the programme that recognises you there.
Prove your supply chain is secure once, to the WCO standard, and that proof is accepted across borders. The catch most importers miss: you must verify your own business partners hold it too.
Certification in either C-TPAT or an approved AEO is acceptable proof for your business partners. XFACTOR VERIFIED verifies it, keeps the certificate current, and monitors it, partner by partner.
Mutual recognition only holds if every partner in your chain is genuinely certified, and stays that way. This is your partner network, live: who is verified, and who is the unchecked node a validator can pull on.
Your status is only as trusted as the partners behind it.
AEO and C-TPAT make you responsible for verifying every business partner in your chain. A partner whose certificate you never checked is a gap a validator can act on, and self-attestation alone is not enough.
AEO makes you responsible for verifying every business partner, in every market you trade. Here is what that exposes, and exactly how we handle each one.
AEO benefits flow through mutual recognition. These are what membership buys, every time your cargo crosses a border.
What if one assessment verified your whole partner network, and kept it verified, without chasing a single certificate yourself?
8 questions across two themes: AEO and mutual recognition, and the 15-day free trial. Straight answers, no hedging.
AEO and the trusted-trader programmes that recognise it make you responsible for the security of your whole supply chain, not just your own site. You must screen and verify that every business partner is C-TPAT or approved-AEO certified, or holds equivalent WCO criteria, obtain and keep their certificate on file, and monitor that status continuously through the C-TPAT Portal SVI. Non-certified partners complete a security assessment and Security Profile. That partner-by-partner verification is the work XFACTOR VERIFIED runs for you. We are not a certification service, we are the platform that runs the partner verification the programme holds you responsible for.
Mutual recognition links the world's trusted-trader programmes so the security you prove once is accepted across borders. C-TPAT has 18 active mutual-recognition arrangements, covering AEO in the European Union and United Kingdom, Canada's PIP, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Singapore and more. A certification in C-TPAT or an approved AEO is acceptable proof for your business partners under any of them. Verify your chain once, to the WCO standard, and it travels with you instead of being redone at every border.
They are the same idea under different flags, all built on the WCO SAFE Framework, and they recognise each other through mutual recognition. C-TPAT is the US programme, PIP is Canada's, AEO is the European Union, UK and worldwide standard. If your partners operate across those borders, one verification against the shared trusted-trader criteria satisfies all of them, so you do not run the same security check three times. XFACTOR verifies each partner once against the common standard.
A partner you cannot verify is a gap. The programmes expect you to act on exactly that: for non-certified partners you obtain a written attestation, a contractual commitment, or a completed Security Profile, and you document it. The platform flags partners with no current certificate, runs the security assessment for them, and surfaces anyone who refuses as a high-risk finding. An unverified partner is a finding in itself, not a blank you leave on file.
Yes. Your first 8 suppliers are completely free for 15 days. No credit card, no sales call, no contract required. We assess them with the same partner verification AEO and C-TPAT demand. If we do not surface a gap worth more than the ten minutes it takes to start, you have lost nothing. We run it free because once you see what the platform finds in 15 days, the conversation about the rest of your suppliers is easy.
Because showing beats telling. In 15 days you watch real gaps surface in 8 of your own supply chain, at no cost and no risk. If what you find is worth more than the ten minutes it takes to start, the decision on the rest is yours. No demo, no pitch, no pressure.
No card, no contract, no commitment. You drag your supplier list in, Morpheus maps it, and the assessments run. The 15-day trial clock starts the moment your first supplier receives their invite. If you decide to assess the rest of your suppliers after the trial, that is when pricing comes in, and it is published on the site. No sales call required.
Every supplier in the 15-day trial goes through the full intake: email verification, address validation, and watchlist screening against the US Consolidated Screening List (OFAC, BIS, DDTC). Then each supplier receives the cinematic scenario assessment, narrated by Morpheus, behaviourally scored. You get findings, gap analysis, and a Corrective Action Plan for every gap found. The only thing gated behind a paid plan is assessing more than 8 suppliers and accessing the full Master Risk Assessment Report for your entire supply chain.
For you, setup is minutes. You upload your supplier list and Morpheus handles the intake: email verification, address check, watchlist screening, and tier assignment. Suppliers typically complete their scenario assessment in 20 to 40 minutes. The trial window is 15 days, and most teams see findings well before the midpoint. You do not reformat a spreadsheet and you do not chase anything manually.
No. The platform handles outreach automatically. Once you upload your list, Morpheus sends each supplier their assessment invitation, follows up with a Day 3 nudge and a Day 7 nudge if they have not responded, and tracks completion status in your dashboard in real time. You see who has finished, who is in progress, and who has not opened it yet, without sending a single email yourself.
If we don't surface a gap worth more than the ten minutes it takes to start, you've lost nothing.
